Processing time. Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Rates & delivery. We offer flat-rate standard shipping of $5.99 within the United States, and free shipping on orders over $75. Because we source our gear directly to keep prices low, estimated delivery is typically 10-20 business days after processing, and occasionally up to 30 business days during peak periods. Every order ships with tracking.

Delays. Carriers and customs processing can occasionally cause delays outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, reach us through our Contact page and we'll help track it down.

Wrong address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
