Refund policy

At Ridgeline Supply, we want you to be confident in your gear. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return. Email us at roysterseve@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return won't be accepted.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or wrong items. Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
